1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

All products offered in our shop are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations in color or packaging may occur.
3. Ordering Process & Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
A binding purchase contract is concluded once:

you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to reject orders, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed are final prices and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is carried out to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, or force majeure events.
6. International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for:

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Consumers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene & Cosmetics)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed cosmetic, skincare, haircare, hygiene or personal care products once the seal has been removed after delivery

products which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene

used or opened candles
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Sale items and limited editions are excluded from returns, unless defective
Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer’s choice.
10. Limited Editions & Sale Items
Limited edition products and sale items are excluded from returns and refunds, except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery.
11. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for:

intent and gross negligence

injury to life, body or health
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
Product liability remains unaffected.
13. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Natural wear, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions are excluded from warranty claims.
14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
