Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.

Available shipping destinations and options are displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain countries or regions due to legal, logistical, or carrier-related restrictions.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship our orders using reliable international carriers, primarily:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

The choice of carrier depends on destination, availability, and delivery speed.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year), processing times may be extended.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union: 3–5 business days

  • International (e.g. USA, Canada, etc.): 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.


6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 199 EUR / USD (or the equivalent amount in the selected currency).

Free shipping thresholds may vary depending on currency and destination and are displayed during checkout.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are determined by local authorities.


8. Shipment Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.


9. Transfer of Risk & Liability

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the shipping method and specific circumstances, liability for loss or damage may be assessed on a case-by-case basis between the carrier, the customer, and us.

This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights.


10. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address information,

  • refusal of delivery,

  • failure to collect the shipment,

no refund will be issued.

Any reshipment will require a new shipping fee to be paid by the customer.


11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • carrier delays,

  • customs inspections,

  • strikes,

  • natural disasters,

  • public holidays or peak seasons.
